ORIGINAL SCOPE: Replace of concrete & brick foundation

REV 02/01/18- Reduce shell area by 100 Sq Ft. Add concrete floor in place of gravel floor. Build out of elevator shaft only. Build foundation for dining room terrace bay approved in DR17-080.

site visit with Code Enforcement(Gene Diaz), Staff Engineer(Bryant Ho)
discussed activities related to the use of the ROW, employee parking, service vehicle, in the city ROW. Contractor was advised of the parking and traffic related problems that have recently caused residents to complain to city staff.
parking and traffic was addressed with surrounding neighborhood projects at 87 and 94 San Carlos

7/9/2019 Revision 1 PC1 - submitted for review: Change location of existing and proposed retaining wall between lawn & pool terrace. Add stair along face of retaining wall linking lawn and pool terrace.
